Short, because there is not much to agree to yet.
Nobody is paying for this today, so most of what a commercial agreement usually covers has nothing to attach to. What follows is what is actually true right now, and it will get longer when there is something to charge for.
Written by the person who built this, from what the code does, and not reviewed by a lawyer. It is accurate rather than authoritative: if you need a policy your own counsel has read, this is not yet that document, and saying so is better than implying otherwise.
What you are getting
A workspace, an MCP endpoint and the screens around them, during early access, free, with no guarantee of uptime and no guarantee that a given feature survives to next month. One person builds and runs this. Plan accordingly, and keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else as well.
Your work is yours
What you put in the workspace belongs to you. We claim no licence to it beyond running the service for you, and nothing you write is used to train anything, which is easy to promise here because we do not train anything.
What we do not claim
We do not predict whether you will be admitted, hired, or funded. A match score is arithmetic over evidence you can inspect, not a judgement and not a forecast. A record says when it was last checked rather than that it is currently true, because the second is not knowable. Every outward-facing thing you send goes out under your name after you decide to send it.
Fair use of the agent endpoint
The MCP endpoint is rate limited per credential. It is there for your own research, not for bulk scraping through us, and credentials that are used that way get revoked. Since the tools do not fetch anything from the open internet, this is a smaller temptation here than it would be elsewhere.
Ending it
Stop using it whenever you like and ask for an export or a deletion. We can suspend an account for abuse or for non-payment once there is payment, and you would hear why from a person.
