RecruitWorkbench/Talent leads

Know who you are writing to.

Upcoming. Nobody has written this yet. The page is here so the shape can be argued with while changing it is still cheap, and you can tell us it is wrong.

Your team already runs an agent. What it finds about a candidate lives in a chat window nobody else can see, and next quarter the same person gets sourced again by somebody on the other side of the room.

01The week

What this actually looks like

  1. 01

A sourcer researches forty people a week. The research is good, and none of it survives contact with the applicant tracking system, which has a free-text notes field and no idea where anything came from.

  2. 02

Outreach goes out reading like a template because it was one. Reply rates are the number everybody watches and nobody can explain.

  3. 03

Someone asks in a pipeline review why this candidate was ranked above that one, and the answer is a recollection.

02What it does

What it would do

A pipeline that does not reset

Candidates, companies and the relationships between them persist across quarters and across the people who leave.

Verified, not asserted

Same verification pass as everything else here. A claim about someone's current employer carries the page it came from and the date it was read.

Outreach that survives a reply-rate review

The same deterministic draft checks, plus per-sequence reply rates by cohort, so a change to the template can be attributed rather than argued about.

Team access

Per-seat, with shared workspaces. This is the part GradWorkbench deliberately does not have.

Per seat, annual, and bought by someone with a budget. That is the point of it.

03The rest

The other three

The same work, for a different reader. Your account covers all four, and each one keeps its own workspace, so a candidate pipeline and a professor roster never end up in the same list.
